Christmas Fair surprise at St Peter and St Paul’s

HUCKNALL’S St Peter and St Paul’s Church will be welcoming Santa as a special guest at their Christmas Fair on Saturday.

Between noon and 3pm, Father Christmas will be in his grotto at the Church Hall listening to children’s festive wishes and giving out gifts.

There will also be plenty to keep adults occupied too with seasonal stalls including cakes, gifts tombola and a raffle.

“Tesco have been very generous donating decorations and raffle prizes,” said helper Rita O’Laughlin.

“We hope to welcome many visitors old and new.”

Organisers will be adding to the Christmas joy by dressing up in Disney costumes to brighten up the day.

All proceeds from the event will go towards funds at the Ruffs Drive church.
