Courses launch at centre

ANNESLEY Woodhouse-based Acacia Centre has a new set of courses lined-up for the Autumn season.

The community centre, on Acacia Avenue, has some interesting introductions to a number of topics.

Starting on Monday October 8 from 7-9pm, an introduction to radio broadcasting is the first of six sessions to kick off.

Later in the month will see the how to get the most out of your money six-week course begin on Monday October 29 from 9.30-11.30am.

IT user’s fundamentals starts the same day from 1-3pm. A digital photo editing course is also planned but a date is yet to be confirmed.
