Hallowe’en spookfest at abbey

THERE will be some spooky goings on at Newstead Abbey later this month.

Celebrity medium Michelle Hare and TV paranormal investigator Lee Roberts are leading two ghost hunts at the venue, which is one of the most haunted locations in the UK.

The first of the events, which will include ghost stories, jacket potatoes and refreshments, followed by a ghostly tour and experiments, is taking place a week tomorrow (Saturday, October 27). This event will include a full paranormal investigation with the Haunted Events UK team, including Sky TV’s Roberts and local medium Wayne Tear.

A second Hallowe’en special will also take place on the night itself, Wednesday October 31.

Tickets are sold out.
