‘Human Library’ at health day

A ‘HUMAN Library’ will be an innovative feature of a ‘Health And Well-Being Day’ at Bulwell Library, based at the Riverside Centre, next Wednesday.

This will be one of various activities to mark Mental Health Awareness Week, said library representative Kam Harte.

People will be able to ‘borrow’ a person and chat to him or her about living with mental-health problems.

The newly-formed Bulwell Community Choir, which is based at the library, is supporting the event.

The choir was set up in May, initially as a pilot project, but is continuing as a constituted group.
