Makeover for president from image consultant

A MAKEOVER was lavished on the president of HUCKNALL ROTARY CLUB as the group enjoyed a talk and demonstration from an image consultant at its latest meeting.

Cindy Rossiter, of ‘Colour Me Beautiful’, introduced the group to which clothing colours would suit them best.

With the help of Ian Young, Cindy explained how different colours looked better when matched with each individual’s colour characteristics, which are based on their skin tone and eye and hair colour.

This is then categorised as either deep, light, soft, clear, warm or cool.

Cindy has been an image consultant for 21 years and brought an ‘enjoyable and humourous’ presentation to the evening, which was held at The Horse and Groom, Linby.

She explained how whether we realise it or not, ‘we make instant impressions about people the moment we meet them’ and the ‘image we present contributes significantly towards that imprint’.

From politicians to celebrities, business leaders to everyday people, image consultants can help you make the right impression through the colour and clothing that you choose.

Cindy also put on a quiz to test what the members had learned about colours and image.
