Edgewood kids sparkle in the ‘Wriggly Nativity’

YOUNGSTERS of Edgewood Primary School in Hucknall shone with festive sparkle when they performed their ‘Wriggly Nativity’.

The cast was made up of the school’s youngest pupils from the nursery and reception classes.

But they put on two larger-than-life performances to the delight of packed audiences.

The children looked eyecatching in arange of costumes with Mary and Joseph centre stage along with their comedic donkey, shepherds, innkeepers and a gaggle of animals.

The songs throughout brought prolonged applause and cheers from the appreciative crowd who packed the hall of the Edgewood Drive venue.
