Award winning Craft workshop, Brewhouse Crafts of Mansfield is opening its doors to the public for a drop-in craft experience day on 24th September.

Based in Mansfield’s Making it! Discovery Centre, Brewhouse Crafts is an adult’s vintage and modern craft workshop that offers customers new and old the opportunity to have a go at making an array of vintage inspired gifts.

At the drop-in crafts day, running 10am- 8.30pm (last entry at 7pm), customers can have a go at making door stops, bunting, fabric flowers, decopatch boxes and paper crafted gift bags. Each activity is priced from just £3 to allow customers to have a go at learning as many different crafting skills as desired.

The Victorian Brewhouse, which was once home to Mansfield Brewery on Littleworth, is fast becoming known as the place to be for crafts, hosting many exciting activities for adults and children alike throughout the year.

Crafts Coordinator Linda Boult commented “Crafting is great fun and the perfect excuse to catch up with friends and meet new people. We will be teaching sewing and paper craft skills that will last a life time. Our customers are always amazed and delighted at what they can achieve with a little encouragement and loads of inspiration.”
