THIS atmospheric photo has been submitted to our popular PICTURE OF THE WEEK by Hucknall teenager Fern Farmer, who says it is her “all-time favourite”.

Thirteen-year-old Fern is a regular crontibutor to the feature and has a wonderful eye for a shot — as this snap captured at picturesque Bestwood Country Park undoubtedly proves.

The photo was taken on a Sunday morning and the student of Hucknall’s Holgate Comprehensive School said: “I love how you can see the beams form the sun and I also love how the figure has been silhouetted.”
