NO wonder the girls of HUCKNALL TOWN NETBALL CLUB are in a cheerful mood on the eve of their new season.
Because the whole squad have been presented with new jumpers, in a bid to instil pride and team spirit, by sponsors.

Hucknall-based training and development consultancy Formation, of High Street, have provided the new kit.

Marketing manager Lindsey Newman-Wood said: "We are proud to be helping the aspiring netball stars of Hucknall and wish them the best of luck in the new season.

"It is really important to support local initiatives and clubs."

Town, who have two senior teams and three junior teams, have achieved a string of successes.

Joint managers Karen Cresswell and Jo Cantrill said: "We are very pleased with our new uniform. They will keep the players warm and make us feel like a professional team."
