LEADING property auctioneer Graham Penny Auctions, the Midlands’ leading is staging a live auction at the East Midlands Landlord Expo next month.
The event takes place at Nottingham’s East Midlands Conference Centre on 19th March and is hosted by the East Midlands Property Owners (EMPO), which aims to enhance the awareness and importance of improving housing standards in the private rental sector.
This free event will provide a platform for landlords, letting agents and property investors to exchange information, seek advice, network and improve on current service deals with exhibitor companies.
And Graham Penny Auctions will be holding its bi-monthly Nottingham property auction at the event.
In addition to the live auction, Mr Penny will be the keynote speaker in one of a series of seminars, which are taking place throughout the day.
Other speakers include property and investment experts Kate Faulkner, Kevin Green and Glenn Armstrong.
Said Mr Penny: ““At the event, I will be speaking about the process of buying and selling a property at auction and the benefits of doing so, before holding a live auction, which will give anyone unfamiliar with the auction environment the chance to gain first hand experience.”
His firm sells a wide range of interests, from vacant houses and investment properties to building plots and development sites, commercial properties, land and others.
