A BUS company that runs services in Bulwell is celebrating after achieving the second-highest rating in the country for customer satisfaction.
The ‘Bus Passenger Survey’, which was carried out by Passenger Focus, an independent transport watchdog, was full of praise for NOTTINGHAM CITY TRANSPORT.
The questionnaire asks passengers to rate their satisfaction with a wide range of aspects of their bus journey, ranging from the bus stop to waiting for the bus, on the bus, the outside appearance of the bus and the service from the driver.
Each passenger is then asked to give an overall satisfaction level for their bus journey and their rating of value for money.
NCT scored 91% in overall satisfaction — second only to Go North East and East Yorkshire, which scored 92%.
Nottingham’s principal bus operator also scored well above the national average in other categories, including driver helpfulness and attitude, bus cleanliness, information on the bus and value for money.
