The trial of an Ilkeston man accused of burgling flats armed with a knife has been adjourned until June.
Stephen Iliffe, 40, of Manners Road, appeared at Derby Crown Court today (Thursday) facing charges that he entered a property in Barker Gate, Ilkeston, on December 12 last year and stole cash, while wielding a blade.
After a witness failed to turn up to the hearing, Recorder Michael Elsom adjourned the proceedings until Monday June 17.
Iliffe was remanded in custody
The jury was dismissed and sent home.
