A Bulwell woman has been fined for possessing drugs.

Jodie Jegasothy, 33, of Downing Street, admitted possession of cannabis and amphetamine, when she appeared at Nottingham Magistrates Court, on March 10.

The offences, carried out on January 28, put her in breach of a suspended sentence imposed in February, 2019, for breaching a restraining order.

She was ordered to pay £120 in fines as well as £85 costs and a £32 government surcharge.

The drugs were seized and destroyed.
