PINXTON: Man jailed after drugs raid

A Nottingham man has been jailed after police raided his Pinxton house and found cocaine and amphetamine.

Liam Gunn (27) was sentenced to 44 months in prison following a hearing at Derby Crown Court on Tuesday after pleading guilty at an earlier hearing.

Police carried out a warrant at the house on Acer Close, Pinxton, on 22nd June and found the drugs.

Gunn was arrested in Newquay several days after the warrant.

He was charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine and amphetamine.
