There will also be a host of other activities for festival goers to enjoy and a variety of charity stalls.

To add to the musical atmosphere Nicole Marie, who made it through to the judges home on X factor will be giving a live performance.

As well as all the carnival shannanigans, the village scarecrow festival will give villagers the chance to dress their crows to the nines and crowned winner.

Crows will be displayed around the village in resident’s gardens for the public to enjoy.

Throughout the day there will be archery, dance performances from Razmataz and Bolsover Girls Dance Group.
