Hucknall man pleads guilty to child sexual offences

Christopher Cannon, 28, of Goodall Crescent, was arrested on Sunday.

He appeared at Nottingham magistrates' court on Tuesday where he pleaded guilty to charges of engaging in sexual communication with a child, attempting to meet a girl under 16 years of age following grooming and attempting to cause/incite a girl under 13 years of age to engage in sexual activity.

He was remanded in custody and will next appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday, August 15.
