Letter: Thanks for the market support

This letter is on behalf of Market Traders who stand at Mansfield Market on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays – the day’s that might be closed following the Mansfield District Council consultation.

We would like to thank our customers for their overwhelming support to keep Mansfield market open 6 days a week and a separate Westgate market.

We have had less than three weeks to ask our customers what they want and we believe there has been more than 3,500 paper forms handed in to support us.

It’s now up to Councillor Kate Allsop to decide whether to listen to the members of the public who shop in Mansfield and want to use Mansfield Market 6 days a week.
