Man charged with having sex with horse

A MAN has been charged with having sexual intercourse with a horse and possessing extreme pornographic images.

Police were called to an equestrian property in Breaston Lane, Risley, on June 6 earlier this year after reports that a man was seen acting suspiciously in a field.

A suspect was arrested nearby.

Now a 58-year-old man, from the Ilkeston area, is due to appear before magistrates in Derby on Monday October 1.

He has been charged with one count of having sexual intercourse with a horse and two counts of possessing extreme pornography.
