Wedding fair at Newstead Abbey
A WEDDING fair is to take place during the opening weekend of Newstead Abbey's house on Sunday April 5.
This will be followed by an Easter fun day at the same venue on Sunday April 12.
A spokesman for Nottingham City Council, who own the abbey, said: "The house is pristine after its winter deep-clean.
"The gardens are full of spring flowers and birds and they will feature a new adventure playground from early April, making it well worth a visit."
