Witness appeal after man stabbed in Hucknall pub

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an 18-year-old man suffered a serious stab wound while out in Hucknall town centre.

The incident happened shortly after midnight on Saturday morning (19th January) at the Half Moon Pub.

The victim was taken to the Queens Medical Centre where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody.

Anyone who saw the incident or knows anything about is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 16 of 19 January.
