Motoring

Ashley RyanBlandford (24) of Spencer Street, Mansfield. Drink driving. Community order made to include a six month curfew and banned from driving for 18 months. Ordered to pay £170 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Christopher Andrew Dabell (24) of Hazel Road, New Ollerton. Failure to stop at the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. Fined £245 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

Michal Griger (30) of Carlton Street, Mansfield. Failure to give information to identify a driver, speeding, driving without a seatbelt and driving without insurance. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for nine months.

Brett Karl Poole (46) of Claymoor Close, Mansfield. Speeding and failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. Fined £600, and ordered to pay £200 in prosecution costs and an £60 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Nigel James Johnson (35) of Glenside, kirkby. Drink driving. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Criminal Damage

Marcus Williams (18) of Arundel Drive, Mansfield. Criminal damage to motor vehicle. Community order made to include a one-month curfew. Ordered to pay £150 in compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

Robbie Bowler (27) of Carnarvon Grove, Sutton. Criminal damage to a till. Ordered to pay £1051.95 in compensation.

Drugs

Matthew Edwin Gustard (33) of Easlin Farm, Upper Langwith, Mansfield. Possession of a Class A drug. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Christopher Guy (41) of Mansfield Road, Skegby. Possession of a Class B drug. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Assault

Samantha McLean (25) of Gladstone Street, Mansfield. Assault. Community order made to include a 12-week curfew. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £150 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Lauren Courtney Luckcuck (23) of Alcock Avenue, Mansfield. Assault. Community order made to include a 12-week curfew. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation, £85 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Mark Bedder (27) of Springfield Avenue, Shirebrook. Assault. Committed to prison for 20 weeks. Restraining order made.

Ashley Wilson (37) of Laurel Avenue, Church Warsop, Mansfield.Assault. committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £250 in compensation, £85 prosecution costs and £80 victim surcharge. Ordered to pay £30 costs.

Breaches

Jamie Lee Linford (28) of Watson Street, Warsop. Breach of a restraining order. Sent to prison for 18 weeks.

Robert Anthony Partington (25) of Cedar Close, Sutton. Breach of a community order. Community order varied to include five extra education and training sessions. Ordered to pay £30 costs.

Reece Lewis Swain (22) of Chatsworth House, Chatsworth Street, Sutton. Breach of a community order. Community order varied to include participation in three mentor sessions.

Theft

Daniel Vernon Phillip WILCOX (19) of High Hazles Drive, Huthwaite. Theft from shop and breach of suspended sentence. Community order to include a 19-day thinking skills course. Ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge. One month added to terms of suspended sentence for the breach.

Terrence Michael Dixon (29) of Langton Court, Sutton. Going equipped. community order made to include a one-month curfew. Ordered to pay £50 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
