Youngsters from the Tiny Tots pre-school group based in Hucknall held an event last week as part of the Chatterbox Challenge.

The group, which is based at the John Godber Centre on Ogle Street, sang songs and nursery rhymes in front of parents and guests to raise money for a worthy cause. “It was a fantastic event and we raised £104,” said organiser Sonia Nicholls. “We haven’t done anything like this before but it was a great success and we will now look to do more similar events in the future for everyone to enjoy.”

Chatterbox Challenge is the annual, educational fundraiser for 0-5 year olds that helps Make Chatter Matter.

Children have great fun developing their own communication skills whilst raising money to help children across the UK who are struggling to communicate
