Drink Driving

Nina Linney (25) of Long Hill Rise, Hucknall fined £110 after pleading guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a silver Peugeot 106, on a road, namely within the car park at Morrisons, Bulwell , after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Steven David Bryn Austin (33) of Moor Road, Bestwood Village fined £110 after pleading guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot, on a road, namely Hucknall Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Breach

Mark Steven Burton (27) of Norman Drive, Hucknall remanded on unconditional bail for trial accused of failing, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Nottingahmshire Magistrates’ Court.

Mark Augustus Henry (48) of Highbury Road, Bulwell remanded on unconditional bail after indicating a plea of guilty to, without reasonable excuse, entering and remaining on the curtillage of an address, and contacting a person, which he was prohibited from doing. He was remanded on unconditional bail.

Theft

Bobby Stephen Calvin Lunt (30) of Caldon Green, Bulwell sent for trial accused of stealing cosmetics and razors , to the value of £120, belonging to Boots. Also accused of stealing Lynx deodorant, to the value of £4, belonging to Co-Op Stores, an offence to which he pleads not guilty. He was remanded into custody. Also accused of stealing meat products, to the value of £40, belonging to Co-Op stores, stealing handcuffs belonging to Nottinghamshire Police, and escaping from custody.

Gavin Anthony Oldham (30) indicated a plea of guilty to stealing cash, to the value of £60. He was remaned on unconditional bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Motoring

Kelly Payne (34) of Railway Close, Hucknall fined £70 for using on a public road, namely Hucknall Lane, a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, which was unlicensed. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £37.50 and costs of £90.

Andrew Proctor (59) of Hazel Grove, Hucknall fined £70 for keeping a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, on a public road, namely Hucknall Lane, having made a declaration or statement under the Road Vehicles (Statutory Off-Road Notification) Regulations 1997 that the vehicle would not during the period specified in the declaration or statement be used on a public road. He was ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £37.50 and costs of £90.

Assault

Paul Andrew McKiernan (46) of Montague Street, Bulwell fined £200 after pleading guilty to assaulting a male. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. No seperate penalty was imposed after he pleaded guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B classification.

George Winston Augustus (58) of Highbury Road, Bulwell found guilty of assault. He was remanded on bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. He was found not guilty of using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises.

Aaron Cameron (29) of Trueman Drive, Hucknall has pleaded guilty to assault. He was granted unconditional bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Criminal Damage

Neil Donnelly (38) of Goodall Crescent, Hucknall remanded on bail after pleading guilty to, without lawful excuse, damaging a door and wall plaster to an unknown value intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Also remanded on bail after pleading guilty to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty.

Drugs

Chantelle Rachel Larvin (28) of Bannerman Road, Bulwell indicated a plea of guilty to producing 21 plants of cannabis. Remanded on unconditional bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
