Damage - Corey Lee James Thrower (18) of Littlewood Court, Hucknall remanded on bail after pleading guilty to damaging a till screen to the value of £600 belonging to Co-Op Stores. Also pleaded guilty to damaging interior fixtures and fittings at an address in Laughton Crescent, and assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty.

Ashley Thomas Stapleton (26) of Bestwood Road, Hucknall remanded on conditional bail after pleading not guilty to destroying a rear patio window at an address in Kensbrook Road, Hucknall.

Jaden Lavell Wright (24) of Catherine Close, Bulwell remanded on bail accused of without lawful excuse, damaging a motor vehicle to the value of £1,829.54.

Jake Francis (24) of Bethnan Walk, Bulwell remanded on unconditional bail accused of using a motor vehicle with no insurance.

Theft - Mark Anthony Tomlin (27) of Cedar Grove, Hucknall pleaded guilty to stealing tins of tuna to the value of £30, belonging to Tescos. He was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 18 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £80. Also pleaded guilty to stealing doughnuts, to the value of £2, belonging to Tescos. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent suspended for 18 months.

Mark Steven Burton (27) of Norman Drive, Hucknall indicated a plea of guilty to stealing razor blades, to the value of £350, belonging to Wilkinsons stores. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive suspended for 12 months after pleading guilty to stealing meat, to the value of £177, belonging to Co-Op Stores. Ordered to pay compensation of £25 and to pay a victim surcharge of £50.

Lance Craig Kernan (28) of Garden Crescent, South Normanton admitted stealing items worth £191 from ASDA in Sutton, six counts driving off from Morrisons petrol station in Mansfield and Bulwell without paying for fuel and five counts of driving without insurance. He was given a community order with four months’ curfew, told to pay £157 compensation for the fuel and banned from driving for 12 months.

TV licence - Margaret Brooks (50) of Eastwood Close, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £35, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20and costs of £120.

Gary Corcoran (35) of Goodall Crescent, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £70 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Sarah Ann Cotterill (32) of Green Close, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £275 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £27 and costs of £120.

Donna Pole (35) of Willow Avenue, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £85 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Emma Louise Spooner (29) of Johnson Avenue, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £200 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Simone Tierney (21) of Beardall Street, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £35 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Kim Wrighton (47) of Minerva Grove, Hucknall used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £120.

Carl Rennie (38) of Potters Hollow, Bulwell used a colour television receiver without a licence at the address. Fined £35 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Assault - Paul Foster (25) pleads not guilty to assault. Remanded on bail. Also remanded on bail accused of damaging a mirror and window to the value of under £5,000 belonging to the landlord of a property in Bells Lane intending to destroy or damage such property.

Motoring - Chizumie Neaunka Dyer (40) of Caldon Green, Bulwell pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without insurance. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and also fined £50 for driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.

Shaharyar Aslam (30) of Forest Lane, Papplewick had his case adjourned. He is accused of keeping a mechanically-propelled vehicle, namely a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, on a public road, namely Norton Street, having made a declaration or statement that the vehicle would not during the period specified in the declaration or statement be used on a public road.
