Brilliant sunshine greeted all at the annual Summer fet at Hucknall St Mary Magdalene church.
There were a number of stalls on display in the grounds and in the church.
Tea, cakes and sandwiches were being served in aid of the church restoration fund and more than £700 was raised during the event.
A large crowd attended, with the tombola and raffle tables proving popular.
Coun John Wilmott, who attened the event, said: “It was very well attended and to raise £700 was brilliant.”
The church is raising money for a number of restoration projects.
St Mary Magdalene is the burial place of Lord Byron, and is home to one of largest and best collections of stained glass windows by the artist CE Kempe.
