Huthwaite surgery to be converted into nine bedroom house after builders win appeal

Developers have won an appeal against a council's refusal to grant planning permission for the conversion of a former Huthwaite medical centre.

The appeal has been allowed and planning permission is granted for conversion of the former medical centre on New Street into a nine bedroom house of multiple occupation.

The decision has been announced by the Planning Inspectorate.

An application for costs was made against Ashfield District Council.

This application is the subject of a separate decision.
