Bobby Stephen Calvin Lunt (30) of Caldon Green, Bulwell remanded on bail for pre-sentence reports after indicating a plea of guilty to stealing coffee and washing powder, to the value of £73.82 belonging to Home Bargains, stealing steak from the Co-op and Oil of Olay cream from Boots.

Nathan Thomas Anthony (25) of The Framesmiths Arms, Main Street, Bulwell sent for trial accused of entering as a trespasser The Mason’s Arms Public House and stealing £500 in cash. Also accused of stealing £350 from the same place on a different date, and of stealing £370 from an address in Merchant Street, Bulwell.

Wayne Anthony Charles (25) of George Street, Hucknall remanded on unconditional bail accused of unlawfully taking a Gilera moped.

Peter Horton (55) of Walnut Tree Gardens, Bulwell remanded on bail for a trial at a later date. He pleads not guilty to swearing and making abusive comments towards Alan Perkins, which he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court in December last year.

Matthew Ronald Stanley Smith (28) George Street, Hucknall has been issued with a warrant without bail accused of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order.

Daniel Blackner (34) of Annesley Road, Hucknall had his case adjourned. He is accused of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order.

Collette Pia Mackintosh (40) of Eastwood Close, Hucknall remanded on unconditional bail accused of failing to promptly notify a local authority, namely Ashfield District Council, in the prescribed manner, of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Housing and Council Tax Benefit, namely that she was living together with a man as husband and wife. She pleads not guilty. She also pleads not guilty to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of the same changes, knowing it would affect Income Support.

Nigel Hunt (48) of Addison Drive, Hucknall remanded on unconditional bail accused of dishonestly making a statement or representation to the Department of Work and Pensions in order to make a benefit, advantage or gain.

Donelle Leigh McDonald (31) of Deptford Crescent, Bulwell has been sent for trial accused of conspiring with others to supply a quantity of Class A drugs, namely diamorphine, cocaine and crack cocaine, and the Class B drug amphetamine.

Ashley Mead (63) of Clarges Street, Bulwell, has been fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 after it was proved in his absence that he was driving a car while not wearing an adult seatbelt.

Carl Thomas (39) Laxton Avenue, Sutton. Fined £240, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £24 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 18 months, reduced by 19 weeks if a course is completed.

Daniel Carlin (20) Hillview Road, Kirkby. Drove a motor vehicle without an insurance policy. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £80. Licence endorsed with eight penalty points.

Adrian Chadwick (51) Garden Terrace, Newstead Village. Drove a motor vehicle in excess of the speed limit. Fined £200, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Ryan Steven Monte (26) of Brickyard Lane, Hucknall remanded on bail accused of assault. He pleads not guilty to the charge.

TV licence

Samantha Etches (30) of Hankin Street, Hucknall fined £125 for using a colour television receiver without a licence. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £90.

James Grant (23) of Littlewood Court, Hucknall fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £90 for using a colour television receiver without a licence.

Jennifer Anne Pickering (55) of Moss Road, Hucknall, has been fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £90 for using a colour television receiver without a licence at the address.
