The first day back at school was ‘out of this world’ for a bunch of New Ollerton youngsters, after they were visited by staff from the National Space Centre.

Staff from the Leicester-based centre visited Forest View Junior School on Monday, 5th January, to help teachers introduce their new space-based study.

The Year 5 and 6 students were able to go inside a portable planetarium where they learned all about our solar system and enjoyed some speeded up star-gazing.
