Mansfield Town Football Club have thrown their weight behind the nationwide Men United v Prostate Cancer campaign, as part of a quest to raise awareness of the deadly disease.

The club held bucket collections at a number of hotspots in and around One Call Stadium prior to their Sky Bet League Two win against Newport County on Saturday.

Prostate Cancer UK’s Director of Fundraising, Mark Bishop, said: “We have been blown away by the positivity generated by our Men United v Prostate Cancer campaign and as official charity partner of the Football League and it is fantastic to be able to further enhance that synergy as part of these special days.
