Sutton man and teenage boys face kidnap charge
A Sutton man and two teenage boys who face a kidnap charge will stand trial in Nottingham.
Lee Donnely, 29, of Stonehills Way, appeared at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, but did not enter a plea.
He was bailed until August 23 for trial at Nottingham Crown Court, on condition he resides at his home address, doesn’t enter Skegby or associate with his co-accuseds or any of the prosecution witnesses.
The two youths, who cannot be named for legal reasons, denied kidnap and were bailed with the same conditions.
