Villagers urged to have their say on urgent care services

Health leaders are asking patients in the Papplewick area to talk about plans to transform urgent care services across Gedling and surrounding villages .

The Voice for Health events are being organised by NHS Nottingham North and East Clinical Commissioning Group to see what people think about its plans to invest in services such as same day GP appointments, weekend GP access and out of hours GP care.

The events are also a chance to quiz the chief officer, Sam Walters, as well as GP and clinical lead Dr Paul Oliver about wider plans to invest in the future of all local NHS services.
The survey is available at www.nottinghamnortheastccg.nhs.uk and a series of events includes one at Papplewick Cricket Club, Hall Lane Papplewick, NG15 8EY on Wednesday 18 June between 6pm and 8pm.

To register for the events, email: Michael.Ellis@nottinghamnortheastccg.nhs.uk, or call 0115 883 1709.
