Man banned from keeping animals

A BULWELL man has been banned from keeping animals for a year after admitting to failing to meet the needs of a Staffordshire bull terrier dog.

At Nottingham Magistrates Court, Aaron Morley (24), of Larch Gardens, pleaded guilty to the offence. A charge of causing unnecessary suffering to the animal was withdrawn.

Morley was also fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £200.
