Traffic was partially blocked by the vehicle, which has now been put back on its wheels and a clear-up operation earlier showed workers using equipment to stack pallets onto a heavy goods vehicle.

The incident occurred at around 8am this morning (Wednesday, June 29) and police said the road should be re-opened imminently.
