I RECENTLY wrote to the Dispatch, pointing out the vast difference in energy costs in Europe.
Also the increases that this government was allowing, compared to other European govenments.
I would now like to show the readers some examples. Germany — no increases in electricity, gas increased by 11%. France — electricity increased by 3%, no increase in gas. Italy — no increases in gas or electricity. Spain — electricity increased by 1.5%, no increase in gas.
I now ask the question: if those govenments can do it, why can’t ours do it.
