Manchester City have tabled a second bid of around £40m for Liverpool and England forward Raheem Sterling, according to Sky Sports, the Daily Mail and talkSport.

BBC Sport report that the Sterling offer is £35.5m and likely to be rejected. Click HERE to read story.

Sky also claim Chelsea have agreed a season-long loan deal with Monaco for Radamel Falcao.
