Player/manager Reece ‘RAJ’ Jackson scored twice as HUCKNALL ROLLS LEISURE RESERVES made light work of struggling Magdala Amateurs in the Notts Senior League’s First Division.

Rolls bolstered their side with three first-teamers in Aaron Short, Kane Matthews and Johnny Buckley -- and duly strode to a comfortable 4-0 win to move back up to fourth in the table.

Matthews looked bright on his return from injury and was soon creating chances. But it was James Canning who put the away team ahead with a beauty of a half-volley.

Rolls carried their confident performance into the second half when Jackson, whose side celebrated a rare clean sheet, netted his double and evergreen striker Andy Start also got on the scoresheet again.
