The poor start to the HUCKNALL SUMMER DOMINOES LEAGUE season by reigning champions Shamrock continued with their fourth defeat on the bounce.

A 4-1 reverse at home to Conny left Shamrock still waiting for their first point of the campaign.

In contrast, Conny are the new outright leaders -- but only on leg-difference from George Street and Central Club, who have also won three of their opening four fixtures.

George Street whitewashed Bentinck Club 5-0 with one of the performances of the season so far, while Central, fresh from landing the winter league title, edged past Royal British Legion 3-2 in a close encounter.

The week’s remaining match resulted in another 3-2 scoreline as Bestwood Village Social Club just got the better of Station PH.
