Family continue to dominate French fish

THE PROLIFIC Williams family are proving they all have ability when it comes to fishing for whoppers.

Dispatch readers are well versed in the achievements of Dave Williams, of Hucknall, and last week we brought you news of his daughter, Zoe, and some monster catches in France.

Now we can show you one of the monster specimens caught by Dave’s son, James, recently.

His success was again at the exclusive angling venue of Lake Rouge in France.

The youngster netted a cracking common carp of 22lb, as our photo shows.

In total his bag included 12 carp. He also reeled in a few catfish up to specimens of more than 50lb as he baited regularly and fished from a deep gully about 30 yards out.
