Graduation from soccer school

THE latest flock of talented young footballers have graduated from the flourishing soccer school at Hucknall’s Rolls-Royce Leisure Club.

Two new under-7s teams have completed their training and worked hard every week at the base off Watnall Road to learn the skills to progress to playing friendlies.

Head coach John Cheetham said: “Special thanks and a welcome goes to our new coaches, who I have persuaded with little effort to help run the new teams.

“I am once again pleased with the standard of kids who have graduated and hope their parents are very proud of them. I would also like to thank the coaches and admin staff for their valuable work.

The soccer school is now every Sunday morning from 10 am. Anyone interested should call Cheetham on 07920 154129.
