Martyn Slater hit top form to record his fourth win of the campaign, thanks to a staggering return of 171lb 15oz.
In second was Phil Orton with 124-9, while Mark Saunders was third with 85-8.

ROBERT Daws took command of HUCKNALL ANGLERS’ latest Sunday match on the Moat Lake at Rycroft Fishery in Hemington, Derbyshire.
Daws stormed to victory with a bag weighing 38lb, well clear of second-placed Mick Evans (25-14).

OAK Tree Lakes Fishery at Brinsley was the destination for HUCKNALL TOWN ANGLING CLUB last Sunday.
And the match yielded a narrow victory for Craig Akin, whose weight of 22lb 12oz pipped Kev Blewitt (21-14) into second spot.

A NEW series of open matches on Sundays has been launched, complete with bumper weights, at the GOOSEDALE FISHERY in Bestwood Village.
The winner of the first match was Lee Parker, with a whopping 67lb 4oz from peg ten. Parker caught mainly skimmers and small carp on pellet over groundbait.
Darren Barns was second with a 29lb haul of carp from peg 27, caught using luncheon meat over pellet.
Third went to Cliff Granger with 26-6 consisting of skimmers and carp.
