Black belt gradings at Rainworth

The All British Martial Arts Association (ABMAA) held their latest black belt gradings at the Joseph Whitaker Sports College in Rainworth.

Successful candidates were Max Butler, Junior 1st Dan kickboxing, Aaron Vase,y Junior 2nd Dan kickboxing, Gary Greatorex, 1st Dan kickboxing, Scott Commins, 1st Dan kickboxing, and Angie Barwick 1st Dan kyusho-jitsu.

Examiners were Master Taz Towers, Phil Beniston 8th Dan and Wes Draycott 3rd Dan.

The ABMAA and Cobra Freestyle Kickboxing clubs based in the Mansfield area are celebrating their 20th year this year, and have several seminars planned with some of the country’s top martial arts instructors, including Emil Martirossian and MAI editor Bob Sykes - contact Phil on 07805 610 969 for further details.
