Don’t spare the Birch

ALAN Birch found the root to success on Oaktree Lake in Brinsley with victory in HUCKNALL ANGLERS’ Sunday match last weekend.

A weight of 51lb 9oz was enough to seal the win over Derek Brough (51-5) -- by just four ounces.
