Circus Fantasia rolled into town this week and has proved a big attraction.
Folk from across the Dispatch district have been flocking to the big top, which is sited on Hucknall’s car boot site off the bypass.
This two hour live show opened on Wednesday and is already proving popular amongst the townsfolk.
“Ticket sales are doing well and Wednesday’s show was well attended,” said circus spokesman, Matthew Wingate.
This is the first time the Circus Fantasia has visited Hucknall but it probably won’t be the last.
“Visitors are really enjoying the show and that’s no surprise as we have plenty to entertain the whole family,” added Matthew. “I think families are fed up of watching the TV and playing on Xbox and such things.
“And our ticket prices offer great value for money.”
A selection of performers provide the circus entertainment from comedy acts, acrobats, jugglers and a big bike act.
“It is a terrific show and our Wild West finale is terrific with rope tricks and gun spinning which the crowd loves.”
