Rock superstar kicks off tour in Nottingham

Rock superstar Bryan Adams will kick off a UK tour celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the multi-million selling album, ‘Reckless’ in Nottingham this November.

He will perform at Capital FM Arena Nottingham on 13 November 2014.

This will be the first time Bryan has done a full headline tour of the UK since 2011.

He will be performing a set that will honour not only the 30th Anniversary of ‘Reckless’ – a deluxe version of which will be released via UMC/Polydor on 8 September featuring exclusive expanded bonus material – but also his endless catalogue of anthemic hits.

Since its release in 1984, ‘Reckless’ has gone three times Platinum in the UK alone. It spawned huge hits such as “Run to You”, “Kids Wanna Rock”, “Somebody”, “Summer of ‘69”, “One Night Love Affair” and “It’s Only Love” a duet with the incomparable Tina Turner. ‘Reckless’ also gave Bryan his first U.S. #1 on Billboard with “Heaven” as well as a Diamond Award for over a million sold in his home country of Canada.

As Canada’s best known ambassador, Bryan Adams has spent the last three decades making music history. He has sold upward of 65 million records, toured six continents and achieved #1 status in over 40 countries around the world. He has been awarded the Order of Canada, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and has a Star on Canada’s Walk of Fame. Adams has been nominated for, and won several Academy Awards, Golden Globes and Grammy’s, has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and has been inducted into Wembley’s Square of Fame.
