Workplace Choir concert

Ashfield District Council’s Workplace Choir will perform a range of popular songs at a charity concert being held in Kirkby in April.

Prostate Cancer UK is set to benefit from ticket sales from the concert and disco which is being held on Saturday 5th April at the Festival Hall Leisure Centre.

The Workplace Choir and Friends will perform and this will be followed by a disco. There will also be a licensed bar at the venue.

Ashfield District Council chairman, Coun Linford Gibbons, selected Prostate Cancer as the charity to benefit.

He said: “The choir has gained a great reputation in the community and I am sure that the concert and disco will be a night full of fun and surprises.”
