Capital FM Arena rolls out ticket protection

East Midlands’ biggest entertainment venue has introduced Ticket Protection giving customers the opportunity to insure their ticket purchase against issues which may prevent them attending an event.

Ticket Protection costs £2 or £2.60 per ticket depending on ticket costs per show and must be booked at the same time as purchasing tickets.

Catherine Elliott, Ticketing & Customer Services Manager at Capital FM Arena Nottingham said: “With so many shows going on sale several months in advance nowadays, Ticket Protection is a great way to make a risk free purchase should something unexpected occur.”

Ticket Protection, which is sold on a per ticket basis, will insure ticket purchases in case of illness, accident, transport failure, severe weather and a variety of other issues. It also covers administration fees, hospitality packages and any bus or tram tickets purchased in the same order as the Ticket Protection.

Ticket Protection is currently only available on online purchases. Capital FM Arena Nottingham asks that people book online to take advantage of the Ticket Protection. Booking online via capitalfmarena.com is also the quickest and most efficient way to purchase tickets from the venue.
