DCO to play Brahms work at cathedral

Derby Concert Orchestra’s first performance of 2015 will see them play at Derby Cathedral on Saturday, March 14.

Starting at 7pm, the concert will be conducted by Jonathan Trout and features three pieces: Passacaglia, an early work by Webern; Brahms’s Violin Concerto, with Sophie Rosa as the soloist, and Tchaikovsky’s Manfred Symphony, an exciting, passionate, multi-faceted work.
