Gardeners raise moey for charity

Gardeners across the counties are throwing open their gates to raise money for charity.

Clatterway in Bonsall, near Matlock, is a four-acre garden in natural surroundings with woodland, high cliffs, stream, ponds, a ruined corn mill and old lead mine. Secluded garden rooms provide peaceful views of the extensive collection of unusual plants, shrubs and trees. See for yourself on Sunday, June 7, from 10am to 4pm. Admission £4, children free.

In Nottinghashire, enjoy a stroll around Halam Gardens and Wildflower Meadow, near Southwell, on Sunday between 1pm and 5pm. Admission £5.
