Irish black comedy at the Playhouse

Martin McDonagh’s black comedy A Skull In Connemara is at Nottingham Playhouse until June 6.

Mick Dowd’s wife died seven years ago. An accident, so they said. But now the local cemetery’s full; it’s time for a clear-out, and as the spades dig down into the earth of Connemara, might it be more than just bones they find? Might the secrets of seven years ago be exhumed as well?

Directed by Fiona Buffini, tickets are available by calling 0115 9419419.
