Italian job for NSO at the Albert Hall
Nottingham Symphony Orchestra will perform a short Classical Bites Concert at Nottingham’s Albert Hall on Friday, October 16., from 6pm.
The Italian-themed concert will be conducted by Derek Williams and will feature four pieces.
These are Rossini’s jaunty Thieving Magpie Overture, Ponchielli’s charming Dance of the Hours, Luigi Bassi’s Fantasy On Themes From Rigoletto, with clarinet soloist Matt Glendening, and Respighi’s exciting and atmospheric Pines Of Rome.
Tickets are £7.50 for the concert only or £20 for the concert plus a meal.
